Holds a degree in Biology from UNAM, with WSET Level 2 certification and graduate studies in Oenology. He has experience with exclusive wine labels and high-end restaurants. He is currently a specialist in the Wines and Spirits Department, known for his technical approach and client-oriented service.
Holds a degree in Gastronomy from UAEM, with a specialization in Gastrotechnology and training as a sommelier. He has worked in wineries, import companies, and high-end restaurants, and has also served as an instructor and manager in quality and operations. He is currently a specialist in the Wines and Spirits Department.
